I am dealing with Indian and global clients from last 10 years in various domains across the industry.
Of late, I came across leading hospital in India, which is popular for heart surgeries and this time they want to promote their dentistry treatments across the globe.
So this was all about medical tourism and they wanted to promote these treatments in Europe.
I have proposed them 6 months Action Plan, which will help them to develop the visibility in the relevant audience and get relevant inquiries.
I am leading Digital Marketing Consultant for them and I work with their team to achieve desired results.
With this project in first 2 months, we have not received any lead or response. SHOCKER

After 72 days finally they started getting 8 to 9 leads daily with a conversion ratio of 80% and we have achieved the total target of 6 months in just 4 months.
Guess what… our target was 20 Leads per month, which we have achieved In total, more than 120 leads in only 4 months.
In Digital Marketing Project duration is the distance which you have to cover to achieve the desired results if in between if you become impatient your journey will be incomplete.
And then the difference between 99% and 100% is just like success and failure.
